Ringtree is committed to maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing telecommunications and data protection as they apply to our role as a provider of RingTree services. This statement outlines our commitment to key regulatory requirements:

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

  • Our RingTree systems are designed to support TCPA compliance, including the ability for users to maintain their own consent records and honor opt-out requests.
  • We expect all users to comply with TCPA regulations regarding consent for automated calls and text messages.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Regulations

  • We adhere to all relevant FCC rules and regulations governing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services.
  • Our RingTree services support E911 capabilities as required by the FCC.

Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA)

RingTree systems are CALEA-compliant, allowing for lawful intercept capabilities when properly requested by law enforcement.

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

  • Ringtree expects all users to adhere to applicable DNC laws and regulations in their use of our RingTree services.

Truth in Caller ID Act

  • Our RingTree systems are designed to prevent the illegal spoofing of caller ID information.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their use of caller ID features complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)

For payment processing, we adhere to PCI DSS requirements to ensure secure handling of payment card information.

State-Specific Telecommunications Regulations

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
